Don't worry about the A.I. thing. There is currently a moral panic going on with A.I. like video games, drugs and other stuff before it. It's mainly too many sci-fi movies to blame, making people think A.I. is sentient. There is nothing actually wrong with it and most of the negative claims people bring up about it are provable false. A.I. is already used industry wide, even by top tier artists, and this panic will die down in a few years so don't let the pearl clutchers stop you from using A.I. to make your art. Everyone else is already using it.

Sure thing ^_^
But first. Irony. Definition:
The expression of one's meaning by using language that normally signifies the opposite, typically for humorous or emphatic effect. Like when someone screams "tolerance" while their side keeps trying to murder or terrorize everyone who disagrees with them.
Now onto the "tolerant" left:
Multiple assassination attempts on Donald Trump including the Butler Pennsylvania rally shooting July 2024, the Florida golf course assassination attempt September 2024 and the White House Correspondents’ Association dinner assassination attempt on April 25.
The Charlie Kirk assassination in September 2025.
The attempted assassination Breht Kavanaugh in 2022.
The Congressman Steve Scalise shooting and wounding of several civilians at the 2017 congressional baseball practice by a far left Bernie Sanders supporter.
The firebombing of Josh Shapiro's residence.
The orchestration and participation of the 2020 BLM/Antifa terrorist riots that caused over $2 billion in property damage and killed at least 25 people including David Dorn and other civilians while declaring autonomous zones like CHOP/CHAZ in Seattle that saw multiple shootings and deaths.
The years of sustained Antifa terrorist violence in Portland from 2018-2021 involving nightly assaults on journalists, police officers and random civilians with bricks, fireworks and lasers.
The firebombing and vandalization of over 100 pregnancy centers and churches after the Dobbs decision.
The repeated attacks on conservative speakers on college campuses with riots and violence to shut down events
The engagement in widespread doxxing, swatting, death threats and cancel campaigns against anyone, including apolitical game devs who refuse to bend the knee to far left illiberal ideology, and then has the audacity to call it "irony" when we want to be left out of your political purity tests.
The short version is the Godot developers started attacking their own user base over political reasons, even attacking and banning their financial supporters, so Redot, a non-political alternative, became the de facto choice.
The people who make politics their entire lives and/or identities didn't like this, hence the brigading you see.
Fun game, and not too short for a demo either. Too many games on this site are just short demos that never become anything or bafflingly becomes Steam exclusives.
Either way, looking forward to the full release. A little bug i notice while playing that i haven't seen anyone else comment on is that whoever is in the fourth slot doesn't trigger. Their passives work but they don't "shoot". Thought my druid was busted for a long while until i realized it was just whoever was in that bottom position wasn't triggering their active ability.
In the cactus level, you have to proceed without hitting a single cactus. The people in the guild tell you this. I did it by only using the healer after progressing past it a free levels. You can die at the boss to end the level and it'll work, if that works. esc is a little finicky.
The other ! is the knight and it'll be a pillar with red particles floating up from it. Takes a few shots. Again, told to you by the people in the guild.
Looks like a cool game. Can't wait for the full release. It seems way too many games on Itch.io get demos but never come out. Hope this doesn't end up like one of those.
Also, i noticed that ImCade managed to buy the chain lightning ability. Did you give him an early release version? Cause i can't seem to get it. It says "prerequisite needed" but i have everything except that and launch direction. Am i missing something?
Unfortunately, like i said in my post here i cannot log into my Github account due to a security vulnerability in Github's system and you cannot post in any repository's issue tracker without an account so i have to rely you and others. As for the details, they should all be in Ticket ID (337470). Any help would be appreciated.
So i had something i wanted to share.
I was talking with someone in this thread https://itch.io/t/5972097/itchio-for-console and wanted to create my own thread to expand on one specific idea and give it its own spotlight, because I think it’s a really good one.
Getting an official itch.io app on modern consoles would be huge, and with Steam making all their games accessible to the console market by making their own video game console i figure it's the perfect time.
Unfortunately this will have to be a decision itch.io staff make themselves. While the itch.io desktop client is open source (the GitHub repo is the Electron based app, plus the separate open source butler daemon, both under MIT license), the core infrastructure is not. That includes the closed source backend services: primary API servers, OAuth authentication endpoints, payment processing, CDN distribution, game metadata database, and any store integration layers.
More importantly, authorizing and certifying the app for official distribution on modern consoles (PlayStation, Xbox, Switch, etc.) requires formal publisher agreements, NDAs, SDK licensing, and certification processes that can only be initiated by itch.io as a legal entity. Individual GitHub contributors cannot enter those contracts or obtain the required signing keys and entitlements, that’s strictly a platform holder relationship the itch.io team would have to handle themselves. So I’m posting this here in case itch.io would like to go ahead with the idea.
Fortunately, the actual implementation isn't too hard and the itch.io team would not need to port any games themselves. After securing the necessary publisher agreements and certifications, the main work would be adapting the client to each console’s ecosystem, specifically controller input mapping, gamepad UI navigation, and other platform specific optimizations. This is the standard process that other major apps such as Discord, Netflix, Arc, and Firefox have already successfully completed.
What do you all think? Does an Itch.io app on consoles sound like a good idea for you as a player or dev? Any other angles or ideas you want to bring up?
Shout out to Geronimokuwait for sparking the thought! ^_^
So i recently decided to download Itch.io's desktop client (because i just found out they had one) and i ran into a error after installation. I sent an email to them on the 16th, well past 1-2 days, and haven't gotten a response from them. I then posted here in the forums hoping someone here could contact Itch.io staff on my behalf but it appears that's not possible or effective. I was told that people have found luck contacting them on their Github but i cannot log into my Github account due to a security vulnerability in Github's system. If there is someone with a working Github account and posting privileges, i ask that you post on their Github https://github.com/itchio/itch with my Ticket ID (337470). I would greatly appreciate any help in this matter.
To make it clear, I am NOT asking for how long it takes for them to respond as to comply with forums rules.

A: Not my rant. It's arock's rant. Read the first paragraph to the end.
B: I never said use Epic. I think Epic is just as bad as Steam. I prefer Itch/Gamejolt/GoG, or Xbox/PlayStation if it's an option.
This is why reading comprehension is important, but thanks for the downvote anyway. I'll be sure to return the favor.
Futanari, Hermaphrodite, and dickgirls are all the same thing, so I'm just going to refer to them as futa. They can have any combination of genitalia just so long as they aren't 100% male or 100% female. This includes simply having male genitalia and breasts. Femboys are 100% males and nothing else. The only thing that separates them from normal men is their small and effeminate bodies. Traps are femboys who intentionally dress like women and pretend to be them. The individuals in the game have both male genitalia and breasts, that makes them futa.
